Campingcard Iceland

North Iceland - SIGLUFJÖRÐUR

LoadingAdd

The Siglufjörður camping grounds are located in the center of town, close to the main square and the harbor. All services, recreation areas and museums are within walking distance. For those who seek a little more privacy and quietness, we offer another site outside of town. The town center is only 10 minutes’ walk if you choose to walk. The area is known for its festivals such as the Blues festival at Olafsfjordur town and the Folk music festival at Siglufjörður town. Siglufjörður also hosts a festival in early August celebrating the time when the town was filled with workers during the peak of the “Herring adventure”.

Notice that the Camping card is not valid during the town festivals, Herring adventure in Siglufirði 4th of August – 7th of August
